Kungfused is Barcelona´s unique glitch, jungle, drum and bass and global steppa girl, mashing together what otherwise seems to be unconnected. After releasing 2 tracks on “Waiting For Summer” (ITK001) and her highly acclaimed first EP “Something Special 4 U” (ITK004), crossing the borders between drum´n´bass, glitch hop, downtempo electronica á la Tokimonsta and heavy beats, plus several releases on Irreverent Music in Barcelona, she now releases her new 4 track EP called "So KungFused".

This time KungFused dives more into the global bass directions, combining crunked out Asian beats with glitches, samples, beatmaking and a raw metal jungle energy. What she already presented in her DJ and Akai APC live-sets at parties in Berlin, London, Malaga and MoutainBass Festival Spain, got now incorporated into her production work. Jumping from glitch hop, bass and global influences back to her drum and bass and jungle roots, she wittily combines an Eastern philosophy with Kung-Fu sounds, self-produced drum and melody samples and stepping glitch sounds with a slight metal touch, reminding of Bracelona´s breakcore and hardtek underground.
